Panobi | Founding Designer [2021 - 2024]
Founding designer for a growth platform built for teams to run experiments, track key metrics, and share insights. I established the entire design foundation, creating an accessible component library that supported our engineers and enabled rapid scaling. I was instrumental in shaping the product design and strategy, contributing to the product's vision, creating responsive and seamless user flows, and developing a consistent UI. Additionally, I worked alongside our Marketing team to build and maintain our website as well as our email communications.

Provided product design services ranging from consulting and team management to feature development and implementation for web and mobile platforms.
Rivian | Principal Designer & Manager [2020]
Led design for Rivian’s native mobile apps, including defining key features with the software engineering teams as well as documenting Bluetooth logic and capabilities with the vehicle team. Implemented communication processes throughout the Vehicle Experience Design organization including meetings, director check-ins, tool training and management, 1:1 reviews, design crits, and feedback loops. Also led the company-wide adoption of Slack, working with Ops to establish usage guidelines and serving as the primary point of contact for Slack-related support.
Slack | Staff Product Designer [2015 - 2020]
Led mobile design for Android and iOS alongside the desktop (browser and platform-specific) Slack products. From definition to delivery, I've shipped countless features and have built out the product side of mobile at Slack and helped define best practices within Design, Engineering, User Research, and Accessibility teams.
Hootsuite | Sr. UI/UX Designer [2013-2015]
Introduced user testing and research with internal and external participants, and created team documentation and processes for desktop and mobile. Conducted usability tests and defined feature priorities for Hootsuite 2.0.
StumblePie | Designer, Cofounder [2013-2014]
Conceived, designed, tested, and built out an online portfolio builder with a former colleague. The WYSIWYG editor would format and create a responsive website that also parsed a ready-for-print resume. Other features included stats, mobile optimization, and social network integration.
Atimi Software Inc. | Sr. Interaction Designer [2012-2013]
Redesigned apps like Bloomberg Businessweek+ and Seamless, which were listed in the “50 Best iPhone Apps of 2013” by Time Magazine. Also defined and designed new interfaces including a patient portal used in the healthcare field.
airG | Product Specialist [2009-2012]
Designed an in-house messenger product for Android, iPhone, and Blackberry simultaneously. The original Hookt Messenger was featured as the #1 top free Social Networking app on the iTunes store within a couple of months of launching.
